Organic Chemist:

We are looking for an experienced organic chemist for a 9-to-12 month position with the possibility of a permanent position.  The chemist will perform conventional bioconjugation chemistries on nanomaterials, as well as conduct air- and moisture-free synthetic processes (e.g., Schlenk techniques).  The desired candidate will have demonstrated expertise in setting up Schlenk lines and working with pyrophoric materials and concentrated acids.  Other tasks include monitoring safety in the laboratory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a laboratory notebook.
